WINONA, Minn. – A milestone in the Co-Vid vaccination campaign has been reached — 10,000 COVID-19 doses in Winona as of  Friday. Ben Klinger, the county emergency management director, said 27% of the county’s residents have received one shot and 12% both shots. In all, he said, 13,459 doses. have been administered. These have been for priority-listed frontline health workers, first-responders, people over 65, and people with delicate health.
