ST. PAUL, Minn. — The state Transportation Department has 800 snowplows, each with a number. And no flavor. How about bestowing them with names to brighten their lives during the dreads of the season? It’s been done before to everyone’s delight: “Plowy McPlowFace,” “We’re Off to See the Blizzard,” and “Don’tcha Snow.” The new contest deadline is December 19.
