WINONA, Minn. —  A red electric golf cart that seminarians use to scoot around the Saint Mary’s University campus has been stolen. The theft, outside the Christan Brothers residence, was discovered missing about lunch time. Apparently the theft was overnight. The cart will cost $8,000 to replace, police were told. There was no key in the ignition, although it could be started with a fleet key. A possibility was that the cart was hot-wired, police said.
