WINONA, Minn. — Police injected the opioid antidote Narcan to stall a man’s suspected overdose. This was on the street near Huff and Fourth about 4:40 p.m. Medics were called to take him to the hospital. Police said the man, age 48, was familiar to them as a drug-user.
