WINONA, Minn. — A Winona man reported that his vehicle, parked for sale at 1130 Frontenac Avenue, a vacant lot, had both of its passenger-side wheels removed. The man said the tires, Conti Pro Contact P1955 R15 89Hs, were worth $500. The theft was reported about 11 a.m.
