WINONA, Minn. – A Cochrane, Wisconsin, Travis Bennett, 30, was arrested and referred for drunken driving after he bumped into a parked vehicle downtown at Third and Washington streets. Bennett’s breath-alcohol content was .16%, police said. The threshold for drunkenness at the wheel is .08%. The arrest was about 11 p.m.
