WINONA, Minn. – A Winona man, Samuel Morris, 20, was arrested and referred for fourth-degree assault on a peace officer and obstructing the legal process with force at Saint Mary’s University. Police had responded tocampus after receiving a report that Morris had struck a campus security guard with a skateboard. After police made contact with him, they said Morris punched an officer. This was about 11:20 p.m.
