WINONA, Minn. — Fourteen COVID-19 cases were added to Winona County’s total by the Minnesota Department of Health, pushing the total to 597. Of the 14 cases, 13 were new. The other case was transferred from another county, where it had been assigned incorrectly. Meanwhile, the Winona County COVID-19 death count remained at 17.
