RIDGEWAY, Minn. —Two children on a school bus suffered minor injuries when the bus and a car collided on a sideroad between Ridgeway and Nodine. The children were treated at the scene. Seven other children were unhurt. The collision was about 8 a.m. Deputies said the bus driver, Dennis Fabian, 69, of Rollingstone, was on County Road 7, which comes up the bluffs from Pickwick. Fabian had stopped at the junction with County Route 12, which runs parallel to Interstate e 90. He then pulled out into the path of a car on Route 12, deputies said. Neither Fabian nor the driver of the car, Patrick John Hazelton, 62, of La Crescent, was hurt.
