WYKOFF, Minn. – A man was hospitalized in nearby Spring Valley after a house fire west of Wykoff. Also hospitalized was a firefighter who was hit on the head by a piece of falling tin. Firefighters found the home engulfed in flames about 10 a.m. The house, at 27000 181st Avenue in Fillmore County, was destroyed.
