HOMER, Minn. — Deputies arrested a Winona driver after a minor accident on County Road 15 up Homer Creek. Michele Valerie Luhmann, 56, was cited for suspicion of driving while intoxicated. Luhmann admitted to drinking, deputies said. This was about 3 p.m. No one was injured in the accident, which was near Homer Valley Lane. Only Luhmann’s vehicle was involved.
