WINONA, Minn. – A Winona woman, Breann Elizabeth Konopisos Hart, 38, was arrested after a report that a $1,400 stolen check had been used to buy a car. Police said the check had been stolen from a vehicle in Rochester, Minnesota, in January. The transaction involved a vehicle listed on Facebook. Only later did the seller realize that the check had been fraudulently signed over.
