WINONA, Minn. – People dropped off 33-1/2 pounds old pills and other no-longer-needed Rx’s Saturday at the YMCA for disposal. Jeff Mueller, deputy sheriff, said the quantity was typical for the periodic project to keep drugs out of the wrong hands. Mueller also said that expired Rx’s can be dropped off any time at the Law Enforcement Center next to the Courthouse.
