WINONA, Minn. – A Stewartville man, Owen Joseph Senjem, 19, was referred for drunken driving after getting pulled over about 1 a.m. at Seventh and Franklin streets on the Near East Side, police said. Police said that Senjem disobeyed disobeying a traffic signal and had a suspended object in his windshield. Senjem’s breath-alcohol content was .11%, police said. The allowable max is .08%.
