WINONA, Minn. — A catalytic converter was reported stolen from the exhaust system of a Toyota Highlander at a Winona State University parking lot. Police were told the vehciel had been parked a week at the Huff and Sarnia streets lot. The report was about 11 a.m. Police were unsure if the theft was related to others in recent days.
