GOODVIEW, Minn. – A Winona man, Aaron Lee Hamernik, 50, failed a sobriety test during a traffic stop, police said. He had been stopped for an expired car registration, but officers suspected intoxication, His blood tested as as 0.11% alcohol content – above the legal impairment threshold. Police said he admitted drinking. The stop was on Highway 14 at Goodview Road. about 11:40 p.m.
