DALLAS, Texas —The big-box retailer At Home filed for bankruptcy and announced it would close 20 locations, including its Rochester, Minnesota, outlet. The Texas-based chain blamed Trump tariff wars and the resulting slowdown in consumer activity. The chain has 250 stores.
