ROCHESTER, Minn. – A Rochester heroin pusher, Roberto Nieves, 33, pleaded guilty to possession of 7-12 pounds f heroin. Nieves had been arrested February in a raid of his house in the 3700 block of Kenosha Drive Northwest. Police found the heroin in a basement workout room. In a master bedroom there was $55,000 cash. The plea was part if a plea agreement in which Nieves said he would accept accepted five years in prison.
