LACROSSE, Wis. – President Trump’s local handlers can point to a huge billboard as his motorcade scoots him eight miles from the LaCrosse airport to a campaign rally scheduled in West Salem. The Interstate 90 billboard, boldly black on white, proclaims “Trump Country.” The billboard is on the passenger side heading to West Salem. The rally was scheduled for 4 p.m. outdoors at the County Fairgrounds speedway. The track is operated by MotorSports Management Company.
