WINONA, Minn. – A Winona woman, Koriana Holewinski, 21, was arrested and referred for domestic assault with intent to cause fear and harm. She was accused of shoving a person into a closet door. The arrest was about 4:10 a.m. in the 500 residential block of Center Street.
