WINONA, Minn. – An employee at the King Koin self-laundry, 502 Center Street, reported that a vending machine was busted into and $25 worth of candy taken. Fixing the damage will exceed the loss, it was estimated. New Plexiglas will be $35 plus $150 labor, police were told. The incident was reported about 4 p.m.
