MARSHALL, Minn. – In the whole 37-camous Minnesota State college system with 375,00 students, all but 10 courses are being delivered online, said Brent Jeffers, president of the state faculty union. The system, which includes Winona State and Southwest Tech, switched to online delivery in a two-week transition period early in the COVID-19 pandemic. Jeffers credited the switch to hard work of faculty and patience of students.
