WINONA, Minn. – Deputies saw a car weaving back and forth across center line and fog line on Highway 61 near Lake Park and decided to check out why. The driver, Daniel Lee Oliver, 58, of Winona, was drunk, they said. A breath test showed his blood was running at 0.16% alcohol. This was about 12:50 a.m. at Huff Street. The charge: Driving while intoxicated.
