MINNESOTA CITY, Minn. — A Chatfield man had things in his car he shouldn’t have, deputies said. They listed meth and drug gear – and a handgun, which is a special level of crime if linked to drugs. Jacob Richard Lammers, 23, was booked on potential charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of a handgun while in possession of drugs. He had been stopped near Kwik Trip on Highway 61 in Minnesota City about 2:20 a.m.
