WINONA, Minn. – A Winona man, Martin Reyes, 22, was arrested on a complaint that he attacked a woman under court protection. Police were told Reyes went to the woman’s residence on the 150 block of East King Street, knocked her over, and held her to the floor. Charges pending: Violating a domestic abuse no contact order and domestic assault. The arrest was about 11:30 p.m.
