ST. PETER, Minn. – A mudslide closed Highway 169 south of St. Peter after heavy rains overnight. Another mudslide closed Highway 68 near Courtland, just east of New Ulm. In the Twin Cities area, water covered streets and intersections in Lakeville. Waters began receding by mid-morning.
