WINONA, Minn. — An Altura driver who was stopped by a deputy sheriff for erratic driving and was then arrested as drunk. Gilberto Itehua-Macuixtle, age 22, was taken to the Winona hospital for medical evaluation and a blood draw. Charges will hinge on what tests show about the quantity of alcohol in his system. The traffic stop was on U.S. Highway 61 in Winona about 2:15 p.m.
