WABASHA, Minn. – The National Eagle Center reopened after three months. But, said chief executive Meg Gammage-Tucker, the reopening is partial for now because of continuing precautions against the COVID-19 virus. Bring your binocular, she said. The center is open only to 25% capacity. Inside masks are required. Classroom programs will be unavailable for the time being.
