MOUNT CARMEL, Ill. — A rescue team reached the body of a man 3-1/2 hours after he drowned in a grain storage silo accident in this southern Illinois community. Dead was Steven D. Haase, age 21, of Mount Carmel. Two fellow workers escaped the deluge of tons rgain inside giant metal bin. They were shaken but OK. The accident was about 9:25 a.m.
