HUDSON, Wis. – It’s not Paul Martin Allen’s first rodeo. Allen, 26, of Hudson, was arrested for operating a vehicle while under the influence – his fifth such arrest. The State Patrol conducted a standardized field sobriety test before taking Allen to jail.
