WEXFORD, Penn. — A former Winona, Minnesota, pastor resigned from his current post at Orchard Hill Church in this Pittsburgh suburb after telling a church leader about sexual abuse charges at his former church in Winona. That church leader called police immediately. Rick Iglesias, age 64, had been at Oxford Hill five years. After accepting IgIesias’ resignation, church leaders asked congregants whether there were any credible local allegations. No one came forward. Meanwhile in neighboring Butter County, the Iglesias family was moving out of their townhouse. Neighbors said they were shocked by the allegations.
