WASHINGTON — Four-term U.S. Senator Amy Klobuchar, arguably the most popular political figure in Minnesota, filed paperwork with the state Campaign Fuanc Board — a signal she will run for governor. To be sure, Klobuchar hasn’t announced her candidacy, but an aide said to expect an announcement in coming days.
