LOS ANGELES – Pillow manufacturer Mike Lindell backed off his plans to run for Minnesota governor – kinda.  In response to a question from television talk-show host Jimmy Kimmel, Lindell said that currently he isn’t planning to run but he left the door open anyway. If he could trust the voting machines, he might run: “I wouldn’t run to be a dogcatcher right now if those machines are still in.” Lindell, a close adviser to ex-President Trump, has been vocal that the Dominion voting machine company rigged the election against Trump. Dominion has responded with a $1,3 billion libel suit against Lindell. He countersued for $1.6 billion.  Most the 18-minute Lindell segment on the Kimmel show was Kimmel grilling Lindell about his election conspiracy theory, wondering aloud if Lindell’s past drug use and paranoia is playing a role in his theory. Said Kimmel:  “I believe that you are sincere. I also think there’s something going on from the crack or something.”
