AUSTIN, Minn. — Mayo Clinic is delivering babies at its almost-completed birthing center on the third floor of its Austin hospital. Construction is scheduled to be complete at the end of 2020 or early 2021, the clinic announced. Five new labor, delivery and postpartum rooms are complete for a total of 10.
