WINONA, Minn. — A Glock 43x 9-millimeter handgun inside a small gun safe inside a duffel bag are missing from a home on the 400 block of Olmstead Street. The resident called police about 9 a.m. that the duffel bag was put out the front lawn, apparently by his girlfriend who apparently didn’t what was inside. Police classified the case as theft.
