STEWARTVILLE, Minn. – The cryptic label on the jar containing a cloudy liquid startled city workers: “Fuck You COVID-19 Coronavirus.” They called a hazmat team from nearby Rochester. A test showed 99 percent rubbing alcohol and hand sanitizer. The jar had been found near a “Welcome To Stewartville” sign in the 1500 block of Highway 63. Hazmat was called about 2:40 p.m. Who left the jar? When? Why? Police would like to know.
