WINONA, Minn. — The Lake Winona Manor nursing home, at the Winona Health campus, reported its first CIVID-19 case – a staff member. The person felt symptoms and was promptly tested and sent home for self-solation, the nursing home said. The staffer was not named but was someone who had no contact with residents, Winona Health said. All residents are tested daily and none has tested positive, Winona Health said. So far the only other Winona nursing home cases have been at Sauer nursing home across town on West Service Drive.
