ST.PAUL, Minn. – State Representative Aaron Repinski, R-Winona, has introduced his eighth bill of the 2025 legislative session. As a measure performance, this puts Repinski in the low range of engagement as measured by being chief author of legislation. Repinski’s eight bills contrast with prolific Andrew Myers, R-Tonka Bay, who is chief author of 33 bills. Repinski record
Repinski is chief author of a bill to facilitate $8.5 million to pay for state-mandated upgrades at the Winona sewage plant. He also is chief author of a bill to further reduce the state tax on Social Security pensions. Repinski’s other bills are of narrow consequence.
