WINONA, Minn. — A woman in the 1750 block of West Broadway, on the Far West End, reported that she suspected two visitors to her apartment had taken a red Galaxy M10 phone. She valued the phone at $30. The report was filed about 6:30 a.m. Police said they would track down the individuals.
