WINONA, Minn. — A delay was ordered in a child porn possession case against Winona tennis coach Thomas Sanvik. The prosecution has failed to produce a document from the police investigation. The attorney for Sanvik, Kurt Knuesel, told the judge that the document was essential for Sanvik’s defense. Prosecutor Travis Snider responded that the document was “unrecoverable” due to the September cyberattack on the county computer system. The judge gave Snider 10 days to attempt to recreate the document.
