ARCADIA, Wis. — Jane Larsen Soppa, 95 of Arcadia, who was known for hundreds of quilts she made when she lived in Pickwick, Minnesota, died at Gundersen hospital in La Crosse. After moving to Arcadia, she continued making quilts to sell or donate for benefits.
