WINONA, Minn. – Logan Edward Monk, 17, died at Gundersen hospital in La Crosse due to injuries from a motor vehicle accident. He played soccer at Winona High school and was on the swim and dive team, the tennis squad, and the marching and concert bands. He held a job at Rogan’s shoe store, where the employee discount permitted him to expand his massive collection of HeyDudes sneakers
