WINONA, Minn. — Patricia “Patty” Verdick, 75, of Winona, who held a certificate from Winona Secretarial School and studied part-time at Winona State University, died at her home. She worked as a seamstress for Winona Knitting Mills, a secretary for the Bauman/Merkel Insurance Agency, and an office manager for the English Department at Winona State.
