MENOMONIE, Wis. – Police have traced the vehicle in which four people were found slain in north of Menomonie. The black SUV belonged to a St. Paul man who said he had loaned the vehicle to Antoine Darnique Suggs. Suggs, who is 38, is thought to live in Arizona but had been in St. Paul recently.
