ST PAUL, Minn. – A second bill for state aid to Spring Grove to recover from a downtown fire in December has been introduced by State Senator Jeremy Miller. The bill would provide $250,000 for recovery, and infrastructure and reimbursement for emergency personal and equipment costs and property tax abatements. Miller earlier introduced a bill for sale and use tax exemption for construction materials and capital equipment. Miller’s Senate District 26 includes Spring Grove.
