WINONA, Minn. – Campaign finance disclosure statements required by law show mayoral candidate Scott Sherman had the most cash on hand in late June — $2,839. Second was Michelle Alexander at $2,785. Third was Jovy Rockey at $517. A fourth candidate, Ted Hazelton, didn’t file a disclosure statement. The reports, the latest available, were filed on different days in the June 26 to July 1 period.
