ROCHESTER Minn. – A former Wisconsin man arrested in the disappearance of his womanfriend in 2016 waived extradition back to Wisconsin. Randall Q. Merrick was picked up by Wisconsin agents for transport to the Buffalo County for judicial proceedings. Merrick, 48, had been arrested June 18 in Rochester, where he was living. Merrick is accused of killing Beth Johnson between Christmas 2016 and March 12, 2017
