WINONA, Minn. – State Senator Jeremy Miller, R-Winona, easily was elected to a fifth term, but he won’t be majority leader anymore. Republicans lost their majority in the Senate. In coming weeks, the Senate Republican caucus will meet to reorganize its leadership. About the 2022 election setback, Miller offered a positive spin: “While it does not look like Senate Republicans will maintain control of the Senate, we will continue to fight for keeping life affordable for working Minnesotans and seniors, safer communities and support for law enforcement, and more opportunities for students to be successful in the classroom and beyond.”

Miller. Into fifth term.
