WINONA, Minn. — A resident in the 450 residential block of Wilson Street, two blocks from Winona State University, reported coming home to find two strangers standing in the kitchen. They fled out the back door. The intruders were identified vaguely: Sure looked like college students. Nothing appeared damaged or missing.
