ROCHESTER, Minn. – Two vehicles, one carrying five Iowa persons, collided on Highway 52 at Civic Center Drive about 4:30 p.m. Airbags deployed in both vehicles. There were no serious injuries, police said. Both vehicles were northbound. Police identified the drivers as Justin Lee Heintzman, 40 of Rochester, and Dean Allen Ruggenberg, 34, of Chester, Iowa.
